• 1 head of green cabbage, chopped
• 2 pounds of collard greens, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 ½ cups of water
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic

• 1 ½ teaspoons all purpose herb seasoning

Instructions:
