WHERE CULTURE, CONNECTION & HEALTH TAKE ROOT
Through Integrative Nutrition Therapy
At Feeding the Root Nutrition, we help people reclaim their health and their heritage—starting at the root. Through personalized nutrition therapy, culturally rooted care, and community-based consulting, we address the intersections of food, metabolic health, hair, and identity.

Whether you’re a patient looking for answers, or an organization seeking guidance on food justice, diabetes care, or culturally responsive programming we’re here to partner with you.
Imagine a living a life where you aren't skipping meals, counting every carb or feeling left out of the foods and traditions that bring you joy.

You deserve to enjoy your favorite dishes without guilt or fear and to understand how they fit into your health journey.
How many hours of your life would you get back if you weren’t constantly stressing about what to eat?
How much more confident would you feel if you actually understood your lab values and knew what to do with them?
If you’re tired of hearing “don’t eat this” or “cut out that,” and you’re ready for care that honors your culture, your joy, and your story — you’re in the right place.
At Feeding the Root Nutrition, we don’t hand you a rigid plan.

We create a space where you can unlearn shame, reconnect with your roots and find balance at the intersection of food, culture, and well being.
