What is Integrative Nutrition?
Integrative nutrition is a type of dietetics that is concerned with optimal functioning of your body. It focuses on the body as a whole ecosystem, and the main goal is to address the root cause of symptoms, such as gastrointestinal distress, hair issues, and hormone imbalance. We use this model, sprinkled with healing modalities that have nourished our ancestors for centuries to help you feed your roots!
