Guided Grocery Store
This 1 hour guided grocery store tour helps take our nutrition interventions into the real world, as well as introduce you to new concepts. A grocery store tour is a great chance for you to learn practical shopping tips to make your life easier. We cover topics like label reading, healthy substitutions and key sections of the grocery store.

Meal Plans
Along with shopping lists, meal plans are curated specifically for your needs and preferences. By seeing examples of serving sizes and variations of fruits & vegetables - meal plans can be a helpful way to get started when changing your dietary habits. You will receive a 7 day meal plan that include 3 meals, snacks and recipes.

Lindsey Sailors
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Lindsey Sailors, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian who has served all of her professional time here in the Memphis community. Having a clinical background, she has worked with various clients and diagnoses, specializing in critical care, medical nutrition therapy and dietary education. She is highly motivated in changing the narrative, and ensuring that the dietitian is not the one who stops you from eating your favorite, feel-good things, but actually the one to help you find ways to be confident while doing it, and still optimizing your health. Outside of work, Lindsey loves doing anything outside in the sun, watching crime shows, or relaxing with her pitbull, Chaca.
